Trotta Foods is a family-owned and operated business serving the Bronx and Westchester community for over 65 years. Our story began in 1955 when Orlando "Al" Trotta faced unemployment with five kids at home. With no room to fail, he started peddling his wife, Anna's, homemade ravioli to the neighborhood restaurants. Al and Anna's passion for quality and delicious food quickly spread, thus Trotta Foods soon became a favorite in many local restaurants.
